I love collecting Elmos.
The community keeps growing.
And when you look around our house
There's bound to be one showing.

I've Elmos that just look at you.
I've Elmos who love to talk.
Some play music, some will sing.
I've even one who'll walk.

He's such a lovable, little guy.
He's a happy little dude.
He's just a kind, caring soul.
Wouldn't think of being rude.

He looks upon the sunny side
Chasing all the clouds away.
He's always teaching something new
And sure knows how to play.

So you see why I think he's special
Even if he isn't "real".
But who's to say that he is not?
It depends on how you feel.

There's the Easter Bunny and Santa
And they sure spread lots of joy.
So it's all in your perspective
If Elmo's just a toy.

'Cause all that I can tell you
When I feel blue and news is sad.
I reflect upon his simple joys
Then I don't feel so bad.

We all have differnt ways
To fill our life with joy.
One way for me is Elmo,
The little red monster boy.

who's love and kindness will never die.

in the world on both sides.

He is furry, red, and sweet,
pizza is what he loves to eat.

When your feeling sad or blue,
Elmo always knows what to do.

He will give you a big grin,
and you will feel better again.
